Our Story
After retiring from education, I founded At Ease Counseling, LLC with a heartfelt vision to create a calm, welcoming space where people can slow down, talk openly, and feel truly heard. I believe that every individual deserves compassionate care, practical tools, and a safe place to work through life’s challenges at their own pace. My vision included a warm, safe environment, where client's always know that they are a priority.Â

This vision became a reality in May of 2022, when the first client walked through the door and was seen in Junction City, Arkansas. Since that time, what began as a small, private practice has grown to include a team of dedicated therapists and in 2025, an additional location was added in El Dorado, Arkansas. Â
