Meet Our Licensed Professional Counselors

Tammy H. Jerry, MA, LPC, NCC

Tammy earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University and holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC).  With over two decades of experience in the education sector, her background in teaching and school administration grants her a deep understanding of school-based mental health needs and the unique pressures of the modern workplace. Licensed to practice in both Louisiana and Arkansas, Tammy utilizes evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, and Sand Tray therapy to facilitate healing. As a certified teletherapy provider and Mental Health First Aid instructor, she draws on extensive experience working with families and survivors of domestic violence.  Tammy adopts a holistic and solution-focused approach, collaborating with those she serves to encourage sustainable growth and enhance their overall well-being. She is dedicated to walking alongside each individual, empowering them to reach their personal wellness milestones through compassionate and expert guidance. 

Kaitlyn Taylor, MA, LPC

A Florida native who found her professional home in Louisiana, Kaitlyn completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling and Guidance at Louisiana Tech University. She is a dually Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients in both Louisiana and Arkansas.
Kaitlyn’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With advanced training in EMDR and ongoing specialization in Trauma-Focused CBT, she offers expert care for those navigating anxiety, mood challenges, self-worth, and complex trauma. Her clinical background is diverse, featuring experience in both intensive inpatient adolescent care and private practice settings for all ages.
Passionate about personal growth, Kaitlyn views therapy as a collaborative partnership. She is dedicated to fostering a warm, secure environment where every individual feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential on the path to wellness.

Sara Ulmer, MS, LPC

Sara initiated her academic pursuits at South Arkansas Community College in El Dorado before obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. She furthered her expertise at Southern Arkansas University within the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and achieved credentialing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2018. Following a diverse tenure in various clinical settings, Sara stepped away from professional practice in 2021 to provide dedicated care for her mother, successfully re-entering the field in 2025. She is now preparing to advance her specialization through the play therapy program at Ole Miss, scheduled for the Fall of 2026.
Sara employs a person-centered therapeutic framework, expertly integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy modalities. She maintains a core professional philosophy that the distinct needs and inherent strengths of each client, coupled with a strong therapeutic relationship, remain the primary catalysts for meaningful clinical progress.
